Service Description
Intimate Weddings are the new trend! -- Couples are looking for a more intimate celebration to get more quality face time with each attendee as well as create a more relaxed, casual gathering setting. I’m a firm believer in love and self love and I strive to make sure all of my couples feel as beautiful as I see them through my lens. It would be an honor to be your third wheel on any and all adventures planned with you and your beloved. 6 Hrs of coverage: Getting Ready, First look, Ceremony, Cocktail Hr, Bride & Groom, Reception. - Minimum of 150 - 200 High Resolution color corrected images of the entire event. Digital Gallery Required (non refundable) deposit 25% of package Travel fee 60 cents per mile or $50 minimum outside of Los Angeles County
Cancellation Policy
1. Booking and Payment A non-refundable deposit of $300 USD is required to secure the booking. The remaining balance of $900 USD is due 7 days before the wedding date. PLEASE ZELLE TO DIANA BARRERA 2. Cancellation and Refunds If client cancels the booking 30 days before the wedding, deposit is non refundable. Wedding cancellations made within 3 days of the wedding will not be eligible for a refund. 3. Photography Coverage The standard package includes 6 hours of coverage and a 15 minute break (Client will accommodate and coordinate with photographer(s) on the break). Additional hours can be added at a rate of $100 per hour. The package also includes 1 photographer, an engagement session, bridal session up to 200 digital images in an online gallery. 4. Image Rights and Usage The photographer retains the copyright to all images. The client is granted a personal use license to print and share the images. The images may not be used for commercial purposes without the photographer's permission. 5. Delivery of Images Edited digital images will be delivered within 3 weeks after the wedding, with a sneak peek gallery sent two days after Wedding. The images will be provided in JPEG format. Additional services such as retouching, printing and album can be requested at an additional cost. 6. Client Responsibilities The client is responsible for providing and ensuring the photographer has access to all locations. The client must also inform the photographer of any specific moments or people that should be captured. (Great Grandparents, Traveling family & friends, Pets, etc) 7. Liability and Insurance The photographer is not liable for any injuries or damages that occur during the wedding. The photographer carries professional liability insurance to cover any unforeseen incidents. 8. Travel Expenses Travel expenses will be charged for weddings taking place outside of Los Angeles County. The client is responsible for covering the costs of transportation, accommodation, and meals for the photographer and any assistants. These expenses will be itemized and included in the final invoice.
